We are two young male professionals looking for someone to join our three bedroom flat. This is a double bedroom and you will be sharing the main bathroom with one of us. The bedroom shows some furniture however the chest of drawers will not be included, only the bedside locker.
We are quite a tidy flat and would expect all communal spaces to be kept clean and tidy at all times. The shared living room and kitchen are shown and include a television as in the photos along with a dishwasher and washing machine in a separate utility room. There are also shared gardens out the back of the building.
The room will be available from 16 December 2021. Rent is £390 pcm plus bills and council tax.
