Double Room in Fountainbridge/Viewforth area

Hello and welcome to our flat! 🦕🐶

I'm looking for someone to rent a bedroom in a 2nd floor flat, ideally long term from the 18th of January. The room has a double bed with a new mattress, a wardrobe, and a bedside table.

The flat is very cosy, bright and warm (especially in winter). Very good located in Fountainbridge/Viewforth area, close to the city centre, the Union Canal, Fountainpark (cinema and gym), Sainsbury's, restaurants and a Lidl. Very close to the bus stop with regular service too.

The rent is £550 plus bills (some). CT depends if you are a student or professional. You have access to the kitchen, living room and a new bathroom with a very good shower. There is also a communal garden :)

- About me and the flat:

I'm Sebastián, 32 years old, living in Edinburgh for more than a year. I'm a geologist-palaeontologist, doing my PhD at Heriot-Watt University (already started my second year). I'm very open-minded, into science, art, movies, vegan recipes, taking walks, travelling, and learning languages.

I live with my doggie Sabrina (she's a small Poodle Maltese) so the new tenant must love dogs :D Maybe you could see another doggie (Nori) in the pictures too, she's is my current flatmate's but she is leaving.

I'm looking for a nice person to live with. I'm very tidy and clean so I hope to find a flatmate like that. I'm looking forward to living with someone to be friends with, enjoy a good chat and laughs, feeling like home!
