The flat is located in Gorgie(quiet and safe area). Amenities include shared Kitchen, spacious living room and two ensuite double bedrooms( out of which one will be available from Feb).
I'm 27yr old working professional residing in the flat since 1.5yrs and prefer to share the flat with any female working professional. Expect to keep the common areas neat and tidy. I am respectful of each other's privacy and expect the same from others as everyone are different and would need their space at times.
There are frequent buses available to the city centre, hence transport links are not a hassle. The flat is spacious and faces the sun well :)

Rent - £525p. m
Council tax - £232p. m(To be shared)
Utilities - £50 approx per month
Gas - £70 approx per month
Deposit to be paid to the landlord, which is secured via Safe deposits Scotland.
A joint tenancy agreement will have to be signed and the rent is to be paid directly to the landlord as the flat is owned privately, not through an letting agent. Background check will be carried out by landlord before proceeding to rent out the flat.
