Double room in beautiful flat

This is a MON-FRI (4 nights) let and for ONE person only. Therefore not suitable for those seeking permanent full time accommodation.

I have a furnished double room available for midweek rental and I am happy to discuss a flexible approach for hybrid working. The room consists of a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers, with a work desk positioned in the large window.
Use of the fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living room and garden is included. The bathroom has both a full size bath and shower. I tend to be in the flat one or two nights each week and around one weekend per month with my wife.
This is a 2 bedroom flat on a quiet street with great neighbours and the garden has views to Arthur's Seat. The commonwealth pool is 5 minutes walk, the Meadows are 10 minutes walk and Portobello beach is 15 minutes cycle/drive.
All bills are included and I am looking for a tidy, professional, friendly flatmate.
The flat is in great condition, warm and kept tidy.
