Double room in top floor flat

I have a double room available in 2 bed spacious flat. The flat is on the top floor (3rd) and located on Gardner’s Crescent which means it’s quiet during the night.

There’s a large and bright shared living room, a bathroom, a second separate toilet, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dish washer and plenty of storage.

The bedroom is furnished with lots of space for storage and is at the back of the property. There is room for a desk so WFH is possible (I currently do this but the desk isn’t included)

The flat is around 5 minutes away from Lothian road and 10 minutes to princes street. There’s a Tesco and Sainsburys within a couple of minutes and a Lidl about 15 minutes away. Haymarket station is 5 mins away.

There is permit parking directly outside the flat.

Wifi is 100mbps.
