Room available by The Shore in Leith

Hey! My current flatmate is moving out and into his own property at the end of Feb so I have this room available from the 1st of March.

The flat is located by The Shore in the hear of Leith, with free bay parking available right outside. Access to plenty of shops/bars/restaurants all within close walking distance, as well as ocean terminal just a 5 minute walk away. There are regular busses into the city centre including the 22, 16, 35 and 36 so getting to Princes St etc. is pretty easy!

Rent for the room is £380 pcm plus bills, which come to £140 pcm, this includes gas/electric/wifi/council tax! The flat itself is fully furnished with all of the usual amenities (new washing machine).

I am a young professional that works mostly from home Mon-Fri, and I'm usually away playing ice hockey at the weekends! I'm pretty easy going in terms of a new flatmate, as long as you're sound and pay rent on time that's all that matters ahahah
