I am moving out of this room before planned due to a job in a new city. I’ll be sad leaving this place as I love this room - it has beautiful views of the courtyard gardens which are filled with trees and plants, the room gets loads of morning and daytime sun, it’s quiet, and it’s super central in Edinburgh!
There is a shared toilet room and a separate shared bath/shower room.
This room would be perfect for anybody with a summer job or wanting to come to Edinburgh for the fringe festival in August!
Electricity/heating bills are not included and this costs us roughly £30 a month each. The current flatmates are students so we don’t pay council tax. However it would be possible for a non-student to move here.
