Need a flatmate to share a room in 3 bhk flat

Hello,

I’m Hrutika and I have a single room in a 3bhk in EH11, Caledonian Road, Dalry with a bed, furnished with table, chair, wardrobe .I live in the flat myself with one of my flatmates and we are master's students at heriot watt university. One of our flatmates is moving out and we are looking for a new lodger who is a student. Either a male or female.

Important stuff : the gas/ electricity and internet are excluded in the rent, the rent is(£550 per month, per person )the total rent of the flat is £1650 and the deposit is £550. We got this flat through an agency (Grant properties)so we need to pay them an advance deposit of 2 months+ Security deposite+ £100 if you don't have UK based guarantor and if you have a guarantor it's just security deposit + advance move-in rent + £100 The room has original floorboards and a sash window. There’s a well-stocked kitchen which we share and the living room, and shared bathroom and washroom, the shower comes off the boiler (basically it’s really powerful and hot!). The flat is on the third floor, 1 minute walk from Haymarket station

The local amenities are stone's throw from the flat, there’s easy access to a Tesco express, or Lidl or co-op for food shopping. Direct bus to Herriot watt university and Napier University (bus no 25)
The flat is in a great location with loads of local facilities as well as a lot of bars, and restaurants are down the street, and close to the city centre.
