Friendly flat share in Comely Bank

We are looking for a young female professional to join our flat in Comely Bank.

About the flat and room:
Located centrally in Comely Bank, a 5 min walk to Inverleith Park/ Stockbridge. Central buses (19, 24, 29, 37, 38, 41, 42, 47) to town and beyond as well as a 20 minute walk to the West End. 2 minute walk to Waitrose as well as many other options within walking distance. There are lots of cafes and pubs just down the road.

Double bed room with a desk. Wifi is suitable for home working. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Access to a large shared garden.

Rent is £540 this includes council tax and bills. Street parking is available with permit - this is not included in the rent but available if needed.

The room will be available from August 11th.

About us:
I (Kerry) am just finishing my Master’s from the University of Edinburgh and Katherine works from home. We are ideally looking for a young professional for council tax purposes. We are 25 and 26 and are looking for someone around our age.

We are pretty social and enjoy hanging out in the evenings or weekends but also have our own activities going on and are respectful of each other’s space. Generally, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and enjoy sitting down to watch a silly reality tv show or Sunday night drama.

We are both pescatarian so would prefer to live with someone who doesn’t eat too much meat. We are both very clean and tidy and are looking for someone who would respect the flat.
