I am looking for a flatmate to move into a new refurbished flat on 1st August 2022.
I am a full-time worker who likes my own space, but I am also open to spend some quality time in the flat. This flat is a place that I can feel relaxed and recharged in after long working hours. I am easy-going, friendly and active outdoors so I am rarely invite people over to my place.
I am looking for a full-time professional worker who is clean, reliable, responsible and respect common and individual space as well. Sorry, but this is NOT a party flat and NO smokers please.
Lovely double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat, situated in a quiet residential area of West Granton with excellent bus routes around town (15 min to Princes Street), a sport gym and large supermarkets nearby (Morrisons 5 min. walk and Lidl 15 min. walk). The flat is nearby the sea with lots of walking, jogging and cycling areas around.
The flat is quite spacious and very bright. There is a shared fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room, as well as plenty of storage. The flat has a parking space, recycling bins and a private storage. The rented room is a good sized double but unfortunately comes unfurnished (a wardrobe only). There is a possibility to buy a bed from my current flatmate.

Rent £400 a month + bills (council tax (band B), electricity, gas and internet bills) around £100 a month.
Deposit required £487.50
Available from 1st of August.

I am renting through a letting agency so details would be passed onto them for reference checks to sign the tenancy agreement.
