My current flatmate is moving out as she is relocating due to an amazing job opportunity. The flat is in perfect condition and fully furnished and the room adversited is currently occupied so some minor things will change once you move in (e. g., desk, computer and bedding).
The room:
- Double bed with a pine bedside table, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
- Big build-in wardrobe with plenty of storage and a large self on top. The wardrobe has two large mirrors.
- Large window facing a garden (you have no neighbouring flats facing you).
Characteristics of the flat:
- It has a full-equipted kitchen with a build-in full-size fridge and washing machine. The cook and over are gas, as it is the heating.
- Bathroom with a big bathtub and an electric shower, a toilet and a sink with a long counter top.
- Large living room with two French doors and two small balconies facing a garden. The living room has a sofa, an armchair and rocking chair, a 4-seat table and coffee table.
- There is a shared green space in the community which you can see from all windows.
-The flat has thick walls so you will rarely hear the neighbours. It is a very quite area.
-There are some squirrels running around the area so you will probably see them through the windows in the living room.
- All windows are double glazing.
- Bills are not included (gas and electricity are about £50 per person and internet/fiber is £10 per person). These can vary throughout the year, in summer it is lower and in winter months can could go up.
- Council Tax Band: D (to be shared between us two).
Requirements:
- Female.
- Non-smoker.

- Good references and full-time employment contract.
- Social, but not a full-on party person.
- Respectful to others' boundaries.
- Happy to share a meal together sometimes.

The process:
We (me and the soon-to-move-out flatmate) will be scheduling some flat viewings soon. If you are selected after the viewing, you will have to fill in an application form and provide the required referencing. This is for the agency will check if you are a suitable tenant.
