I am a professional looking to fill my room while traveling abroad from the end of July(flexible on date) for 3 months.
The room is a double it does not have en-suite bathroom but the other room does, so the common one will be pretty much all yours, built in wardrobe and basic furnishings.
The flat is located 2min from Leith walk and 15 mins walking to the city centre. Close to supermarkets, bus stops etc.
It is in a quiet, safe area which has free resident parking out the front and common garden behind the building.
I am looking for someone who is CLEAN, TIDY and courteous of living with other people.
Rent is £550. Bills would be split between the two tennants (electricity and internet).
