Perfect central location, just off Lothian Road with easy access to shops, bars, city centre and the Meadows for sunny days!
Flatmates are lovely and really easygoing, I'm only moving out because I was staying here temporarily whilst looking for a flat to rent myself. Short term or long term tenants are welcome.
I'm moving out on 14th August so the room is available any day after that.
