3 Edinburgh students looking for a 4th flatmate in a shared house with a spacious garden very close to King’s buildings, lease starting in mid-August, £500 pcm without bills!

We are looking for a friendly, tidy 4th flatmate! Your flatmates would be Theo (he/him), Benjamin (he/him) and Carla (she/her). We are from Austria and Germany, and 21 or 22 years old. We’re at Edinburgh Uni, studying Chemical Physics and Geophysics. Our hobbies include music, gardening, reading, and sewing.
Ideally you would like to hang out every now and then, perhaps cook and eat together or have a drink some time :) So ideally not just co-existing in the same space.
About the house: It is quite spacious, located in a rather quiet residential neighbourhood, on a small street going off from Mayfield Road. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, the room to be rented is on the ground floor towards the garden. The kitchen, a living room as well as a toilet are downstairs, upstairs there’s a bathroom with another toilet and shower/bath. The house has a garage where e. g. bikes can be stored in, there is also a washing machine in the garage. There is a front yard and spacious backyard (see pictures). A small bus stop (bus line 24) is located 3 minutes walk away, bigger bus stops with more bus lines are up to 10 walking minutes away. There is a small grocery store 5 minutes walk away, in 15 minutes max you can walk to Cameron Toll shopping centre with a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, W. H. Smith, …
King’s Buildings is a 5-10 minute walk from the house.
The rent is £500 per month, excluding electricity/gas bills and Wi-Fi. The room comes fully furnished.
