Looking for a flat mate in the north of the city (Granton area)

I have a furnished double room, with a Juliette balcony ready to move in from the end of August (negotiable). The room has a large built in wardrobe for storage. The building is around 13 years old and my property is on the second floor. There is a lift in the building. The property has one shared bathroom (good hygienic cleanliness required) a large hall, living room and kitchen. There is on street parking available. The property is close to cramond beach, Edinburgh college, Morrison’s/Lidl and there is a PureGym less than a 10 minute walk away. Good bus links to the city.

I am a young professional who works for the NHS. I do work shifts so would expect this to be respected during the day when on nightshift. I am easy going and chilled. Into sports (mostly football) and enjoy going to the pub/nights out.

Looking for someone a bit like myself. Into sport/fitness. Likes a night out and is chilled out. Happy to socialise, but would also expect you to respect my space. I would consider a pet, depending on what you have. Non-smoker preferred.
