Looking for a flatmate for September 10th

Top floor main door flat, fully equipped kitchen, shower room & toilet, gas central heating, double glazing, unlimited fast WIFI, FREE parking. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and study desk.

This flat is located in the Stenhouse area of Edinburgh City (postcode: EH11) with great bus link to city centre (20 minutes bus journey) and Heriot Watt & Napier University campuses. It only take 3 minutes to walk to 3,22,30,33,25,35,300 bus top. Asda, Aldi, M&S is 10 minutes walk away. A 24 hours gym and a Tesco is 2 minutes walk away.

We are both French and are accepted in the University of Edinburgh for one semester, from September 10th to December 23rd. We found a flat for 4 months but we need another roommate for a double room.

The total rent for all of us is 8600 and needs to be paid in advance on or before the check-in day. The owner advises the estimated bill during the summer month is 100 p/m and winter month is 200 p/m depending on the operation hours of the central heating system. The bedding is also provided in the agreement. So, if we calcul everything (the rent + the estimated bills + wifi), it will be around 821£ per month (it’s an estimation, it will depend on our electricity and gas consumption for the bills).

My name is Gabrielle, I am 18 years old, and I am actually in my first year of LEA Amériques (English-Spanish-Portuguese) at the University of La Rochelle in France. My degree is based on studying these three languages and the American cultures (Northern and Southern). Also, I study economics and marketing. The goal of my degree is to work in international trade, especially with the American continent. I applied to Erasmus at the University of Edinburgh to improve my English, discover Scotland, meet new people, and live memorable moments. I love to read, go out and party, study, discover new things and eat. I’m a non-smoker.

I am Lucie, 20 years old, and I’m in my second year of LEA English-Chinese at the same University as Gabrielle, in France. I absolutely want to work in the area of languages later, and to do so I need to improve my English skills and be immersed in that language for a long period. So, with the help of the program Erasmus+, I applied and was accepted at the University of Edinburgh. I love to read, watch movies, eat outside, go shopping and absolutely want to visit and discover Scotland. I’m also a non-smoker.
