This flat is located in Gorgie area near the City Centre (postcode: EH11 1TE) and with great tram, train and bus links from Haymarket (12 min walk). It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the closest grocery - Lidl on Dairy Road. Also, a large Sainsbury's and Aldi are nearby.

My name is Dominik (25), I am Slovakian and I work in properties. This is my friend's flat and she allowed me to find and sublet this flat to a nice and decent student.

The address is Gorgie Road EH11. The total monthly rent would be £525 which would include all bills - electricity, gas, water and broadband (WiFi).

My name is Dominik Kovac, I am 25 years old, and I graduated with BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University of Strathclyde. Also, this May I finished my PGDE in Mathematics but instead of starting as a Secondary Math teacher I decided to start my career in properties. Recently (from May) started an entry level property job.

I lived in Glasgow for 4 years and moved to Edinburgh a year ago for my PGDE, and absolutely fall in love with the city!
I like to dance (salsa and other latin-american dances), do yoga and go twice a week for a gym/swim/sauna session. Other hobbies: watching movies, eating outside, getting to know other cultures, learning about new tech and innovations, shopping (not proud of this one) :D going for walks and hikes... Also, would like to discover Edinburgh/Scotland a little more. Just to add that I’m a non-smoker, and have a lovely wee older car that I call Jazzinta (Honda Jazz) not that the second part of this sentence is relevant at all.
