We’re looking for a flatmate for our lovely 3 bed flat in Tollcross. It’s a 5 minute walk from Grassmarket, and a 15-20 minute walk to Edinburgh Waverley and Haymarket train stations, with excellent transport links and lots of local amenities.
**Due to council tax, we will not be accepting students, and are also looking for a long term let.**
The flat is top floor, with a large living room and shared bathroom. There’s lift access, and loads of storage space. It has been recently refurbished and had a new boiler installed. The room itself has a double bed and fitted wardrobe, along with desk and chest of drawers.
You’ll be sharing with a chef and a medical editor. As one of us works from home 9–5, we’re looking for someone who’s respectful and pretty chill—we’re definitely not a party flat, but down for a pint on the weekends. In our down time, we spend most of it watching TV, gaming, or just chilling in the living room.
