Available from 1st December. Lovely, quiet, and large bedroom in a top floor 2-bedroom flat near Cameron Tool and Kings Buildings. Fast broadband, council tax, and Netflix included, gas and electricity to be divided by 2 people.
The spacious flat has a very comfortable living room with a breakfast bar overlooking the back garden, and a well-equipped kitchen/dining room. There is plenty of storage throughout the flat and a storage room outside. The flat has a balcony and a private garden.
The area is a quiet residential area, well connected to the city centre by numerous buses (you can be in the centre in 20 minutes by bus or less). The bus stop is 2 minutes on foot.
The lovely flat is shared with me, a professional female in my 40s working at the University on a 9 to 5 job. I love cinema, eating out, traveling, and learning new languages. I am happy sharing a meal or a cup of tea but also happy with my own company.
I am looking for a professional female who is at least 30 years old, quiet, tidy, and respectful.
