Bright double bedroom available in two-bedroom flat in the Willowbrae area of Edinburgh. Rent includes all bills including council tax. If you work from home and require heating all day there would be a negotiable additional charge.

The room contains a double bed, a desk, chest of drawers and a hanging rail together with a built in cupboard. It overlooks a mature, well-maintained shared garden. The newly refurbished kitchen is well-equipped including an airfryer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has also recently been upgraded and boasts a large walk-in shower.

There is free parking on the road, and there are many, regular buses, which take ten to 15 minutes into town.

The flat is two minutes walk to Holyrood Park, which can just be seen from the living room window, so ideal if you like to walk. Walking to town takes half an hour.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy flatmate who will not be coming and going late at night. I am recently retired due to ill health so am usually present in the flat. I have a cat, and there would be an expectation that the lodger keep an eye on the cat if I am away for any length of time, so you need to like cats. I occasionally have family to stay over, sometimes for extended periods.

I am learning to speak Korean so a Korean speaker would be ideal, but not essential.
