Great fully furnished flat in Stockbridge, with easy access to the city centre. The room is spacious and suitable for any student or professional.

The room is available from 16 March 2024. The prospective flat mate should be a neat and tidy person who cleans up after themselves and is happy to help ensure that shared spaces are kept clean. I am looking for a flat mate who is friendly and welcoming of people from different cultures.

Students are welcome, if you are happy to contribute to Council Tax.

Bills (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax) usually come up to £185 per flat mate.

Please note, this is not a party flat and would be best suited for someone who is looking for a space that they can treat as a home.

If you have a friendly, well-trained dog, they will be welcome as a flat mate :). Sorry, only a dog would be allowed. (You would be responsible for any damages that may be caused by the pet and you would be required to pay an extra £100 as deposit)
This is a LGBT friendly flat.

Current flat mate is a 34 year old male professional who works partly from home. The flat would therefore be ideal for someone who does not work from home. The flat mate may have a visitor once every while so this should be acceptable to the new flat mate.
