A wee top floor Tennemant in Meadowbank

Hi there,
This is my bonnie wee flat down the hill from the city centre available during Christmas weeks.
Asking for £300 per week around £42.85 per night, for maximum 4 weeks.

Located in Meadowbank area, wonderful Holyrood park is right next door, there's the retail park a few meters away for all supplies and great access to buses from London Road. Waverly Train Station is about a 15mins ride or half an hour walk away.

If you're not feeling like the hussle-bussle of town, the popular, vibrant Leith is also minutes away.
You can also easily reach the sea if that's more your kind of thing.
Looking for holiday/visiting/studying folks who would prefer a wee haven alone.

The flat consists of 2 decent-sized rooms; 1 living kitchen area + 1 double bedroom storage area. There's a shower/toilet room in between.

The on-street parking has now become permitted or pay-as-you-go. The nearest free parking is still only a few extra minutes down the road.

Some of my things will still be around and I live here part-time. But there will be plenty of space for guests to store their things, and all the essential equipment/utensils necessary for your stay.
There's gas central heating, a gas stove for cooking, and no oven but the wood stove makes a nice atmosphere to keep cosy over the winter days.

I will meet guest(s) with the keys to talk through any flat things you need to know.
During the lodging time, I will only be around the corner if there's anything that comes up.
