I am moving out of my room in this flat on the 3rd September, and I am looking for someone to take over my room then. The flat is ideally placed right by Holyrood Park, with lots of local amenities, free parking and a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
The flat has a lovely, large and bright living room and a bright and clean kitchen.
I shall be moving out of the large main bedroom, and the spare bedroom is small but cosy. I'm not sure which room will be free yet (as my roommate might choose to swap rooms), but this can be worked out with my roommate at a later point.
I'd prefer to do in-person viewings.
Bills are not included. The flat is council tax band D.
