The other flatmate is a Dentist and we looking to offer the room to a fellow professional.
The apartment comes fully furnished and compromises of all white goods, TV (40 Inch), Coffee Machine, Internet, Kettle, Sky etc
There is also a large secure storage area which would be suitable for Bikes, Golf Clubs, Ski's etc.
The utility bills are separate and will be jointly split with the current tenent. Counsel tax is Band D and is payable at around £70.00 per month per tenant. Other bills will be split between the tenants.
