Room in UofE postgrad accomodation

I am trying to give up my spot in UofE postgrad accommodation (some of my friends had a last minute opening in their flat) and I'm looking someone to fill my place. Here's a little info! It's a 5 bed flat at Riego Street, near Grassmarket, with 4 other postgrad girls. It is my understanding that you wouldn't necessarily have to be a grad student to live here. You would just have to be enrolled at the University of Edinburgh. It is a 15 min walk from George Sq. It has 2 bathrooms and a combined living and kitchen space. It's £8786 for the whole year which comes out to roughly £732.16 per month. The lease would start Sept 7 and go through til the end of next August.
