Letting out my 2 spare bedrooms, with the 3rd being kept for myself.

I own the property, but travel very frequently for work and am not in very often.

1st bedroom is a very large double master room with ensuite, 2x Juliette balconies, 2x built in wardrobe & vanity.

Kitchen, living room & dining is all fully equipped with everything you could need.
Both bathrooms have showers, apologies I couldn’t get them in the photos.

I am travelling extensively for work until at least the end of this year so I just want to cover my bills, all costs are included in the price and there will be no additional costs or increases during your stay.

This is my home, so I’m looking for people who are kind and respectful and will be able to enjoy the space. :-)

Couples: Welcome in the larger room.
Pets: No cats as I have allergies, well-behaved pups are welcome at discretion of other tenant or sole occupancy.
Sole Occupancy: Also available, feel free to ask.
Parking: 1 space available in private carpark in front of property.
