En-suite spacious room for rent

My flatmate is currently moving out so I am looking for someone to share the flat with. The bedroom is spacious, has a massive wardrobe, a desk and currently a single beds that I've put together. Private bathroom as there are two in the flat. Patio is a big advantage especially on the sunny days. The flat is furnished by me and I’m happy to share all the amenities (there is a lot of stuff :) ).
Photos don’t do the justice as my flatmate is in the middle of removing his belongings so feel free to message me and come and have a look in person.
Rent includes council tax, broadband, netflix, disney etc… electricity and gas not included as this is top up and we can just pay half and half whenever needed (approximately £50-60 per month for both together)
Very quiet area, 5 min walk from Promenade. Easy to get to city centre (20min by bus). Morrison and Lidl within 5-10 min walk.
I’m looking for someone sociable who likes a good chat over a glass of wine or a cup of tea :)
