I am moving out our lovely two bed flat on Ratcliffe Terrace, in the causewayside area, and I am looking for someone to take my place until June 2025.
The flat is a 15 minute walk to Edinburgh University central campus and a 15 minute walk to kings buildings.
There is excellent bus links.

My flatmate is 22, female, and in 4th year at Edinburgh University studying pharmacology. We would like a student to take over the tenancy. Our landlord has agreed to let us go ahead with this.

The flat is amazing and very well kept.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, and a large set of drawers.
The kitchen has everything you need and looks onto our communal garden which is well kept and lovely to sit in.
The living room is large with two sofas, shelves, and there is a walk in wardrobe/ storage cupboard with a tumble dryer.

DEPOSIT: £900 (with safe deposit Scotland)
