Hi there! I’m looking to finalize a tenant for a cozy double bedroom in my 2-bed, 1-bath fully furnished flat, available from 1st January 2025. The flat is spacious and well-equipped with ample storage, a fully furnished kitchen, a large living room to relax in, and even a separate cloakroom. It’s located just a 15-minute walk from both Napier University (Sighthill campus) and Heriot Watt University, with easy access to the city center via frequent bus services nearby. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly, with grocery stores like Lidl, Tesco, and Aldi within a 20-minute walk, plus a Premier shop just outside for daily essentials.

I’m looking for a single female tenant, preferably a professional, but students are welcome as long as they’re okay with contributing to council tax (students do get a discount). A bit about me – I’m a 24-year-old female professional from India who mostly keeps to herself but is always up for a good chat or fun activities.
