Looking for a Flatmate – Available from 1st January 2024

My flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely, fully furnished 2-bedroom flat in central Edinburgh, just off Bristo Square. The flat has a bright, spacious living room with big windows and is well-connected by bus, with Waverley Station nearby.

I’m looking for a social flatmate who’s up for occasional game or movie nights and doesn’t mind having people over for meals or craft projects. Ideally, a student or young professional. If you’re a student, you may need to contribute towards some of the council tax.

Rent & Bills:

Rent: £650/month
Bills: ~£140/month (includes gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi & council tax)
Council Tax Band D

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Jule (she/her). After spending 6 years in London, I moved to Edinburgh this summer to start my job as a doctor (FY1), and I work at various hospitals around the city. I’m generally easy-going and enjoy socializing, but I also love quiet evenings in reading or editing my photography. I’m vegan/vegetarian and enjoy cooking, and I’m always up for outdoor adventures.
