Located on a quiet street. Large communal garden. Plenty of coffee shops and corner shops nearby.

We have a mix of professional and postgrad students ranging from 22-28 years old. Eve works as a mental health officers whilst Josh and Paul are Biology PhD students. Interests include rock climbing, crafts, and theatre. We have a good split of community and independence, with some friendly boardgame nights and flat dinners. Genuinely lovely atmosphere. Welcome decorating the space as your own and hosting friends. LGBTQ friendly.

Great flat location. In the center of Marchmont, 1 minute from meadows. 15-minute walk from George Square, 30-minute walk or 15-minute bus from Kings Building. 10-minutes from transport hub Bruntsfield Links.

Move in date is very flexible, any date from next week (17th) to early february.

Both professionals and students are welcome, if willing to split council tax. Council tax band C.
