The prospective flat mate should be a neat and tidy person who cleans up after themselves and is happy to help ensure that shared spaces are kept clean. Please note - this is a criteria that cannot be compromised – you should be willing to play your part to keep shared spaces (toilet and bath, hallway, living room, kitchen, and shared amenities and utensil) clean.

I am looking for a flat mate who is friendly and welcoming of people from different cultures. Students are welcome, if you are happy to contribute to Council Tax. (Council Tax band D). Bills (electricity, gas, broadband, council tax) usually come up to approximately £185 per flat mate.

Please note, this is not a party flat and would be best suited for someone who is looking for a space that they can treat as a home. Sorry, no pets allowed. This is a LGBT friendly flat.

Current flat mate is a 35 year old male professional who works partly from home. The flat would therefore be ideal for someone who does not work from home. I sometimes have a guest who may stay for a few days.
