Great location with the canal being a few minutes walk, great for walking/running or cycling.

Free parking facilities. No permit required.

There is 1 vacant double room on the ground floor of this flat which will have a shared toilet and shower facilities with 1 other flatmate.

Additional washroom with bathtub upstairs, which is shared between other 2 flatmates.

Currently living in the flat is 3 female university students. Mixture of undergrad and master students. Studying at QMU and Heriot Watt and Napier.

Ideally looking for a student to take over my room due to council tax reasons.

Gas and electric, anything between 25/45 monthly depending on hotter/colder months.

The application process is through Murray and Currie and rent is paid to the letting agency. The process is usually smooth and quick depending on references etc.
