1 Room Haymarket Flat

Hello! Our lovely flatmate is sadly moving out next month so we will have a room free in our flat from July 1st. The flat is next to Haymarket station, around 15 minutes walk to Princes St with trams, trains, and multiple bus lines really nearby. There are also shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and green spaces in the area too.

We’re a sociable international flat! You would be living with Isabel (28) who is doing a PhD in psychology, Gia (25) who works in film and video production, and Daniel (28) who is studying brewing and distilling and works in hospitality. We are looking for a fun, tidy, and friendly new flatmate! We are a LGBTQ+ friendly flat.

We’ve really enjoyed making this house our home so someone looking to stay for the long term would be a definite plus! 🪴

The rent is £600 per month, and the total including bills are usually £670 to £695 depending on the month.

Council tax is split equally among everyone (students included).

PLEASE NOTE: One of our flatmates has a severe nut allergy so a new flatmate would ideally be happy to not bring any nuts into communal areas.
