I have availability for a double bedroom in a 4 bed-flat.
Rent is at £610 and bills are currently £45 including wifi (however utility rate tends to drop) and as all tenants are students there is no council tax.
The flat is a front door flat and has a shared garden (last photo) and includes a washing machine and ceiling clothes drying rack (very handy for faster drying). Parking is on-street permit parking.
The flat is located right next to a retail park with a few big shops and food places some including Lidl, KFC, Sainsbury’s etc.
Also located 2 minutes away from the closest bus stop with many busses into city centre or towards East Lothian.
All flatmates are very responsible and clean people! Very easy to get along with and will always respect your space and needs and are looking for someone who can do the same!
All furniture is definitely included other than the chest of drawers and tv stand which may or may not be included.
Looking for someone to move in/be able to pay for rent from the 1st of august (please note the remaining flatmates will be moving out at the end of their studies in April/may/June of 2026)
