Looking for a replacement tenant for my flat.
It's a single En-suite room in Pentland House, located on the 1st floor with lift access.

The room is in excellent condition, as shown in the pictures on the official website. The kitchen is spacious like the room and shared by 7 flatmates who are all tidy and friendly.
This lease is valid until 28 August 2026, and you must be a female postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh.
You can move in as soon as possible if you want.
(Pentland House is not a female-preferred accommodation, but the other flatmates in this corridor are all women, and I don't want to cause them any trouble when I hand over this room to the next tenant.)
Generally, the building is clean and quiet.
