Part furnished room available :)

Hi,

My current flat mate is moving out at the end of June so I am looking for a new flat mate. The room is part furnished with built in wardrobes, vanity & a bed but the rest of the flat is fully furnished.

The flat is on the first floor and is only 5 mins away from the bus stop which has links to the Gyle, Airport, Town & North of Edinburgh. There is parking available on the street although no dedicated parking space.

I’m looking for a young professional (for council tax purposes) who is friendly, clean & tidy. I’m 29 & like to socialise but happy to keep to myself too. I love going to the gym, binging Netflix & the occasional night out. I don’t work from home so will be out of the house quite a lot but if you do there’s plenty space for a desk in the living room.

Deposit is £480 plus first months rent/bills up front (£670). The total cost per month is £670 which includes rent, energy, Wi-Fi, garden maintenance & council tax. This may fluctuate slightly depending on energy costs.
