Lovely double room available in Holyrood / Abbeyhill. Located just next to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat this double room is available for rent from mid July.

I’m Sarah and I am moving due to a new job. I am sad to leave my past home of three years; however, it will love to welcome a new owner. I was a PhD student at Edinburgh University and the University is a 15 minute walk away!

Fully furnished flat with a living room and parking amenities. This tenement flat is rented via DJ Alexander and will require a guarantor to proceed with the tenancy application.

The room available has a double bed, chest of drawers, storage closet, mirror and bedside table. I am happy to do a select number of in person viewings for those who would like to look around. You will be joining my good friend Angie:
