I'm looking for a professional flat mate between 23-40 yrs old who must be tidy/clean and easy going.

This is preferably a long term lease from an initial 6 month rolling term.

Deposit of £400 (1 Months Rent) as well as 2 references will be required. This will be held through SafeDesposit Scotland.
