I have a spacious double bedroom available from the 1st of March.

The available double bedroom has:
+ wireless internet access (fibre broadband)
+ a double size bed with a good quality mattress and a duvet
+ duvet cover and pillowcases
+ a large wardrobe
+ a table with a chair
+ 2 small bedside tables
+ a side lamp
+ a mirror
+ some original pictures for the decor depicting different areas around your place (but you can customise the decor to suit you :-))

It's a spacious and bright room on the western side of the flat. It has lots of space for taking rest, writing, having meals or exercising. There are very good public transport links to the town centre (only 15min to Princes Street with bus 37, 29, also night bus N37). There is plenty of cookware, plates and cups which can be shared.

The rent is £360 per month plus bills (c. tax, gas, electricity and internet) which are very low and only about £50 total per person. All bills are shared equally between us and the refundable deposit is £430.

I am a working graduate, mostly focused on freelance work and developing my own business ideas. I play some guitar, do outdoorsy activities (love all water sports). I enjoy spending time with friends, cooking, playing board games, etc.
