Hi, we are letting a small/medium double on a short-term basis (until end March 2021) for £450 per month including bills and CT.
The room has a desk and large wardrobe. The room was refurbished and decorated a couple of years ago with all new furniture etc.
There is an entrance to Arthurs Seat at the top of the road and frequent bus services into town (10 mins to east end of Princes Street).
We would prefer someone who is a cat lover and who can look after our cat when we are away from Edinburgh.
