The living room is South facing with a balcony giving attractive views over Burdiehouse Burn, which is ideal for walking, cycling and jogging.
The shared bathroom has been refurbished and there is large new well equiped kitchen with a washing machine.
There is also plenty of free off street parking available.
There is a good range of shops including a small Tesco, Scotmid a leisure centre, library and doctors surgery just a few minutes walk away as is the nearest bus stop (7, 11, 18) with regular access to ERI and the city centre. A short walk will enable you to catch 37,47 or 67 buses.
The flat is convenient for Morningside, the City centre, Cameron Toll, the ERI, Edinburgh Science Triangle and Edinburgh University King's Buildings.
There is also easy access to the City Bypass at Straiton and the Straition shopping centre.
The monthly rent includes bills.
I am easy going, tidy and fairly quiet but enjoy socialising when time allows.
