Rent is £650 pcm which includes all bills (gas/electric, Virgin Media, TV licence, stair cleaning and council tax). Minimum six months lease with long term preferable.

You would be sharing with a 34 year old male professional who works on a fixed shift pattern. I am respectful of privacy, friendly and tidy. Although I am a smoker I don't smoke in the flat. The room has became available as my previous flatmate has moved out to move in with his girlfriend.
