Intro
I'm living down in Geneva now after moving from London and graduating from uni in Edinburgh. Hoping to rent out the property.

The Neighbourhood
My flat is situated in a quiet street but also close to the city centre, the rooms are always bright with lots of daylight flooding in, no matter what the weather is like. Outside there is the 35 bus stop which takes you right into town, and also stopping right outside Edinburgh University.
Also a few streets down is the 10/27 bus to get to Napier's business school.
Just outside the flat there is also a Tesco's supermarket for groceries. There is also a Virgin Active gym 100 metres away at Fountainpark. Lothian Road is a 5 minute walk- there is a £ store for everyday products (also you can buy bedsheets etc), Superdrug, cinema, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. My flat is literally <10 minute walk to Princes Street, where all the shops are.

Getting around
There is a bus as soon as you get out the apartment going right into the centre and to the airport. There is also the Haymarket railway station (its easier if you are coming by train to book your tickets to Haymarket rather than Edinburgh Waverley as you can walk to my place from the station). Taxis to get into town are around £10 for black cabs.

Bills are included in the price. The wifi is also included and is set up for you already.
Please do not smoke in the house.

Room 1
You have 2 radiators in your room, one double bed and one single, a large desk and two drawers to put clothes into.

Room 2
You have 1 radiator in your room, a double bed, a large wardrobe and a bed side & coffee table with chair to work on.

There is a microwave included in the flat, & its also fully furnished.
Both the kitchen & bathroom have been installed recently, please try to keep them clean.
My family live 2 floors down but are really chilled and won't really bother you.
I have two younger sisters so please try to keep the noise down in the stairs.
Also, if you do have a query it can be handy to do downstairs and chat to my mum about anything- so if you do need to go downstairs to speak to my mum, I just ask that you send her a courtesy text before you come down (please don't buzz her buzzer after 21: 30).

We are not strict people, just looking for flatmates who are clean and conscious of being a respectful neighbour. We prefer people who are bilingual, English & another language as it will fit with the flat ethos.
