Hi!

We are looking for a new female flatmate to join our friendly and cosy flat. We enjoy chatting, cooking and film nights as well a night out!

The room will become available from the middle of October.

Rent is £420 for rent (£375) and council tax (£45) plus approx. £40/50 bills for electricity/gas and broadband each month).

For council tax sharing, we are only looking for a working professional (sorry students!)

Please send a little introduction of yourself, how long you're looking to live here for and when you'd be looking to move in. We'll do viewings over the next few weeks probably in an evening after work (we all work mon-fri, 9-5ish) or at a weekend.

The flat is quite large with a bathroom, an additional shower room (handy for busy mornings with lots of people getting ready!), lots of storage space, a drying room, bike room, communal garden, dishwasher and a well equipped kitchen. There's also one permit parking space available - we can help you organise this if needed.

Items like sheets, pillows, duvets, towels can be taken over from the former flatmate, who is relocating, so let us know if you are interested in this as well.
