This flat is near Lidl on Slateford Road (flat is just off the main road though) with regular buses into town/not far from the Gyle (the other way) Napier and Edinburgh College. Also just a short walk from Gorgie/Dalry and Fountain Park. The flat is also near a 24hr Asda, Sainsbury’s, and an Aldi.
The flat is freshly decorated, carpeted, is fully furnished and has all the mod cons. The bathroom has just recently been refurbished.
The flat comprises of gas central heating, double glazing, shower and a bath, a secure entry system, free on street parking, a shared drying green and a private garden area.
Rent is £460 per month this includes all bills. A deposit of £200 is required.
Looking for a minimum of a 6 month stay.
