Centrally located Double bedroom

The Bedroom

We are looking for a person to join our home. We are offering a spacious furnished double room with access to all the communal living facilities.

The property is located beside Holyrood Park, overlooking the Crags. It's centrally located with shops and most transportation only 5-10 minutes away but due to its cul-de-sac nature remains peaceful.

The individuals living inside the house are best described as full of character. There are currently three of us (A half greek/half Irish game developer, a Polish design student, and a German Eco climber) and our two lovely dogs, Mona the aloof but beautiful white Utanagan and Robin the Vizsla that dared to love everyone at all times forever.
The human side is currently intensely busy but gets together now and again for a good boardgame session.

Now for the technical details:
There is a shared cleaning rota, 1 person per week.

The bills are an extra £70 pounds. This includes ye Olde amenities such as gas and electricity but also our beloved 50mb/s Internet connection.

Deposit is a month's rent at £450 and you get that back on the day you move out.
