This furnished double room is in our family home, which is a spacious three-storey townhouse in the Grange conservation area, just south of Marchmont.
The room is on the ground floor, separate from the family bedrooms and has its own toilet - so more private. Shower/bath facilities are on the upper floor.
There is a garden and patio and private parking. It is 15 minutes walk to both Edinburgh University's central campus at George Square and its campus at King's Buildings. It is on the 38 bus route to the Western General and Royal Infirmary hospitals. It is also on the 41 and 24 bus routes to town and beyond.
Although this is being offered on a Monday-Friday basis, I would be happy to consider short-term lets on a full-time basis. Short-term lets are £140 per week.
