A double room with fabulous views to the Castle and Pentland Hills, overlooking a communal garden and a quiet street. Room available for a short term let of up to 3 months only. A Monday to Friday let will also be considered.

The flat is in a Victorian tenement, on the top floor, with great views from all aspects. It has all mod cons including high speed broadband connection. All bills ie Council tax, Electricity, Gas and Broadband are included (as long as reasonable usage). Room is on the smaller side with a double bed and under bed storage, bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers, a desk and some hanging space. Duvet, bed linen and towel can be provided if required. I have a separate sitting room and dining kitchen which you are most welcome to share.

The location is great with the Botanical Gardens, Broughton Street, The Shore and Newhaven Harbour all easily accessible. The city centre can be accessed in 10 mins by No. 11 bus - or it's walkable in 30 minutes. Free on-street parking is available.

I’m ideally looking for a professional who is easy-going and independent. I am easy going, used to having flatmates and respect other people’s privacy.
