So everythings changing and here’s a chance to form a new flatshare community in a sweet location by the Meadows - with really reasonable rents for the area. Two big rooms available from early July, sharing with one other renter, couples welcome to enquire.

The flat is a classic Marchmont tenement on the top floor, 3 bedrooms total, big kitchen with a sofa and table. It’s got a box room used for drying clothes with a dehumidifier, and storage cupboard. Gas central heating, has a bath with shower, washing machine, dishwasher, and access to a big shared garden =)

The two rooms are both south facing onto Warrender Park Road, with double beds, desks, big wardrobes and drawers. Rent is £455 for the bigger one and £445, plus bills on top. One car parking permit is still possible. We have a private landlord who’s nice, New Leaf Coop down the road, and Margiottas on the corner!

I work (currently from home) and I’m also a folk musician. I love nature, people, silly playfulness, and sometimes my own space. I’m being sensible about Covid precautions, but with a relatively relaxed approach.

I’d like to live with housemates who are thoughtful and kind, happy to do their fair share, with some self and environment awareness. Supporting each other with little chats in the kitchen, without too much expectations, respecting each other's space. Enjoy having dinner parties and friends round sometimes, but keep a home that generally feels tidy and calm.
